On May 02, 2012, FORUM European Smallcaps GmbH, München, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Pulsion Medical Systems SE, München, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 30, 2012 and on that day amounted to 52.06% (this
corresponds to 4633543 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 29.38% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 2615004 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
Voting rights of the stockholders Forum Private Equity GmbH and Prof. Klaus
Kühn, whose voting interest in Pulsion Medical Systems SE amounts to 3% or
more are attributed to FORUM European Smallcaps GmbH.
