pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in our
company fell below the threshold of 3% on 08.03.2010 and amounts to 0 % (0
voting rights) as per this date.

GLG European Long-Short (Special Assets) Fund, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
has noti-fied us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in our company fell below the thresholds of 3% and 5% on
08.03.2010 and amounts to 0 % (0 voting rights) as per this date.

GLG Partners LP, London, United Kingdom has notified us pursuant to section
21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in our company fell below
the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% on 08.03.2010 and amounts to 0,05% (5787
voting rights) as per this date.
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to GLG Partners LP pursuant
to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
