Helier, Jersey has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd, Kfar
Saba, Israel, have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on
June 04, 2012 and on that day amounted to 8.14% (this corresponds to 914459
Voting Rights).
