Loeb Arbitrage Management, New York, USA, has informed us on December 17,
2009 according to § 21 (1) WpHG  that its voting rights in OHB Technology
AG, Bremen, Germany, ISIN: DE0005936124, WKN: 593612, have decreased below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on December 7, 2009  and amounts
to 2.55 % (this corresponds to 445268 voting rights) on this day.

2.13 % of the voting rights (371651 voting rights) will be attributed to
Loeb Arbitrage Management pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Loeb Holding Corporation, New York, USA, has informed us on December 17,
2009 according to § 21 (1) WpHG  that its voting rights in OHB Technology
AG, Bremen, Germany, ISIN: DE0005936124, WKN: 593612, have decreased below
the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights on December 7, 2009  and amounts
to 2.89 % (this corresponds to 505483 voting rights) on this day.

These 2.89 % voting rights will be attributed to Loeb Holding Corporation
as follows:
2.13 % of the voting rights (371651 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
0.42 % of the voting rights (73617 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
0.34 % of the voting rights (60215 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2
WpHG.
