2009 according to § 21 (1) WpHG  that its voting rights in OHB Technology
AG, Bremen, Germany, ISIN: DE0005936124, WKN: 593612, have exceeded the 5%
limit of the voting rights on July 13, 2006  and amounts to 5.06 % (this
corresponds to 755353 voting rights) on this day.

These 5.06 % voting rights will be attributed to Loeb Holding Corporation
as follows:
3.67 % of the voting rights (547304 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
0.11 % of the voting rights (16346 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence no. 6 WpHG.
1.28 % of the voting rights (191703 voting rights) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2
WpHG.

rights on July 13, 2006  and amounts to 5.06 % (this corresponds to 755353
voting rights) on this day.

These 5.06 % voting rights will be attributed to Thomas L. Kempner as
