On August 01, 2012, Mr Alexander Nemetschek, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Nemetschek AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15%, 20%
and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 31, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 28.46% (this corresponds to 2739410 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 16.95% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1631705 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Nemetschek
from Mrs.Ingrid Nemetschek (524000 Voting Rights) and Dr. Ralf Nemetschek
(1107705 Voting Rights).

On August 01, 2012, Dr Ralf Nemetschek, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Nemetschek AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15%, 20%
and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 31, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 28.46% (this corresponds to 2739410 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 16.95% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1631705 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Nemetschek
from Mrs. Ingrid Nemetschek (524000 Voting Rights) and Mr Alexander
Nemetschek (1107705 Voting Rights).

On August 03, 2012, Mrs. Ingrid Nemetschek, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Nemetschek AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15%, 20%
and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 31, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 28.46% (this corresponds to 2739410 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 23,02% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 2215410 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mrs.
Nemetschek from Dr. Ralf Nemetschek (1107705 Voting Rights) and Mr
Alexander Nemetschek (1107705 Voting Rights).
