notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG, Sangerhausen, Germany,
amounted to 16.67% (1,600,000 voting rights) as of July 16, 2012, the day
the MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG's shares first were admitted for
trading on an organised market pursuant to the WpHG.
