1. On July 17, 2012, Dr. h.c. Carsten Maschmeyer, Germany, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that his percentage of voting rights in
MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG, Germany, amounted to 28.046%
(2,692,368 voting rights) as of July 16, 2012,  the day the MIFA
Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG's shares first were admitted for trading on
an organised market pursuant to the WpHG.

Of these voting rights, 8.15% (782,368 voting rights) are to be attributed
to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights of
the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in MIFA Mitteldeutsche
Fahrradwerke AG are to be attributed to him:
- MM Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG

2. On July 17, 2012, MM Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, Hannover,
Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG,
Germany, amounted to 8.15% (782,368 voting rights) as of July 16, 2012, the
day the MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG's shares first were admitted
for trading on an organised market pursuant to the WpHG.
