has informed us pursuant to section 21 (1)WpHG that its voting rights in
Manz Automation AG, Steigaeckerstrasse 5, 72768 Reutlingen, Germany,
crossed above the threshold of 3% on July 7, 2009. On that date, Fidelity
Management & Research Company held 3.06% of the voting rights in Manz
Automation AG, arising from 137,136 voting rights.

All voting rigths in Manz Automation AG were attributed to Fidelity
Management & Research Compnay pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6
