informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on MAN SE, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 30%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 09, 2011 and on that day amounted to
30.47% (this corresponds to 42948042 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 30.47%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 42948042 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft.
