In accordance with Art. 21, Sec. 1, of the WpHG, Prof. Dr. Martin Weiblen,
in his own name and in the name of the subsequently named persons, has
informed us of the following:

1.) On September 11, 2012 the voting share of Prof. Dr. Martin Weiblen,
Germany, has dropped below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted on
this day to 2.99% (312,949 voting shares). The share shall be allocated to
him in full according to Art. 22 Para. 1, Sent.1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
2.) On September 11, 2012 the voting share of Dr. Clemens Doppler, Germany,
has dropped below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted on this day
to 2.99% (312,949 voting shares). The share shall be allocated to him in
full according to Art. 22 Para. 1, Sent.1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
3.) On September 11, 2012 the voting share of HeidelbergCapital Asset
Management GmbH has dropped below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% and
amounted on this day to 2.99% (312,949 voting shares). The share shall be
allocated to it in full according to Art. 22 Para. 1, Sent.1, no. 1 of the
WpHG.
4.) On September 11, 2012 the voting share of HeidelbergCapital Private
Equity Fund I GmbH & Co. KG has dropped below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and
3% and amounted on this day to 2.99% (312,949 voting shares).
