Mn Services N.V., Rijswijk, the Netherlands, has informed us of the
following in the name of the following companies in accordance to sec. 21
para. 1 of the Securities Trade Act (WpHG):

1.) The voting share of Stichting Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek,
Rijswijk, the Netherlands, in MAGIX AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN DE0007220782,
has dropped below the threshold of 3% on June 1, 2010 and comprised 1.92%
(200,746 voting rights) on this day. Of that amount, 76,928 voting rights,
or 0.73% will be allocated in accordance to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

2.) The voting share of Stichting Administratiekantoor Mn Services,
Rijswijk, the Netherlands, in MAGIX AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN DE0007220782,
has dropped below the threshold of 3% on June 1, 2010 and comprised 1.92%
(200,746 voting rights) on this day. They will be allocated in accordance
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG to
the full amount of 1.92% (200,746 voting rights).

3.) The voting share of Mn Services N.V., Rijswijk, the Netherlands, in
MAGIX AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN DE0007220782, has dropped below the
threshold of 3% on June 1, 2010 and comprised 1.92% (200,746 voting rights)
on that day. They will be allocated in accordance to sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 6 of the WpHG to the full amount of 1.92% (200,746 voting rights).
