On December 27, 2011, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft
mbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Leoni AG,
Nuremberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 23, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.06% (this corresponds to
998,332 of a total of 36,669,000 Voting Rights).
