On September 6, 2010, Peter Zaldivar, USA, has notified us pursuant § 21
(1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG,
Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 4.81%
(180,470 voting rights) as of January 1, 2009.

Of these voting rights, 4.81% (180,470 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Peter Zaldivar pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and
section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed to Peter Zaldivar are held by Kabouter Fund II
LLC, an entity that holds voting rights of 3% or more in KROMI Logistik AG,
and Talon International Select Partners, an entity that holds voting rights
of less than 3% in KROMI Logistik AG, both of which are advised by Kabouter
Management LLC in which Peter Zaldivar is a majority shareholder.


On September 6, 2010, Peter Zaldivar, USA, has notified us pursuant § 21
(1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG,
Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.102%
(210,470 voting rights) as of July 9, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 5.102% (210,470 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Peter Zaldivar pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and
section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed to Peter Zaldivar are held by Kabouter Fund II
LLC, an entity that holds voting rights of 3% or more in KROMI Logistik AG,
and Talon International Select Partners, an entity that holds voting rights
of less than 3% in KROMI Logistik AG, both of which are advised by Kabouter
