1. On April 26, 2012, Kabouter Management, LLC, Chicago, USA has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the
5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 25, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 4.74% (this corresponds to 195,470 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.74% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 195,470 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

2. On April 26, 2012, Mr Peter Zaldivar, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany have fallen below the 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on April 25, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.74% (this
corresponds to 195,470 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.74% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
195,470 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Zaldivar.
