according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Kabel
Deutschland Holding AG have exceeded the 10% threshold of the voting rights
on May 17, 2012 and on that day amounted to 10.02% (this corresponds to
8,870,989 voting rights).
