to 8,836,788 voting rights).

are to be attributed to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Kabel
Deutschland Holding AG have fallen below the 10% threshold of the voting
rights on May 14, 2012 and on that day amounted to 9.98% (this corresponds
to 8,836,788 voting rights).
