5% % threshold of the voting rights on March 30th, 2012 and amounts to
0.00% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights) on that day.



Fidelity Low-Priced Stock Fund, Boston Massachusetts, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the voting
rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the voting rights on March 30th, 2012 and amounts to 9.99%
(this corresponds to 438,100 voting rights) on that day.


Correction of release from April 18th, 2012

FMR LLC, Boston Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the voting rights on ISRA VISION AG,
Darmstadt, Germany, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the voting rights on
April 18th, 2012 and amounts to 10.06% (this corresponds to 440,600 voting
rights) on that day.

Thereof are 10.06% (440,600 voting rights) to be attributed pursuant to
Article 22 Section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG
to FMR LLC, Boston Massachusetts, USA. The voting rights were attributed to
FMR LLC inter alia from to Fidelity Low-Priced Stock Fund, being a
shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in ISRA VISION AG.
