informed us on September 30th,  2011 according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares the voting rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on September
26th, 2011 and now amounts to 3.01% (this corresponds to 131,800 voting
rights).

Thereof are 2.97 % (130,000 voting rights) to be attributed pursuant to §
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG to LBBW Asset Management
Investmentgesellschaft GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany.
