has notified us pursuant to article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its voting rights in Homag Group AG, Schopfloch, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005297204, WKN: 529720, have exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15% and
20% on March 8, 2010 and on that day amounted to 24.41% (this corresponds
to 3830153 voting rights).

Of this voting rights 19.64% (this corresponds to 3080701 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Erich und Hanna Klessmann Stiftung pursuant to
article 22, Section 2, WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
Homag Group AG are to be attributed to Erich und Hanna Klessmann Stiftung:

- Gerhard Schuler, 
- Mareike Hengel,

exceeded the thresholds of 15% and 20% on March 8, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 24.41% (this corresponds to 3830153 voting rights).

Of this voting rights 14.08% (this corresponds to 2209345 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Mr. Gerhard Schuler pursuant to article 22, Section
2, WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
Homag Group AG are to be attributed to Mr. Gerhard Schuler:

are to be attributed to Mrs. Mareike Hengel pursuant to article 22, Section
