On June 18, 2012, BPCE S.A., Paris, Frankreich has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 12, 2012 and on that day amounted to
0.001% (this corresponds to 1014 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.001%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1014 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
