Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Hirsch AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006065105, WKN: 606510, have
fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 22, 2011
and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
