2010, Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, London, UK, exceeded the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in GRENKELEASING AG, Baden-Baden,
Germany, and on that date amounted to 5.01% (685,478 voting rights).

Limited, Swindon, UK, notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German
Securities Trading Act (Wertpaphierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) that on August 12,
2010, Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, UK, exceeded the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in GRENKELEASING AG, Baden-Baden,
Germany, and on that date amounted to 5.01% (685,478 voting rights).
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle
Investment Services Limited, London, UK, pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
No. 6 WpHG. These voting rights are held by Threadneedle Investment Funds
ICVC.
