By fax dated August 2, 2010, Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, London, UK
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) that on July 28, 2010 its voting interest
in GRENKELEASING AG, Baden-Baden, Germany fell below the threshold of 5%
and amounted to 4.96% (678,098 voting rights).

By fax dated August 2, 2010, Threadneedle Investment Services Limited,
London, UK notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) that on July 28, 2010 its
voting interest in GRENKELEASING AG, Baden-Baden, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.96% (678,098 voting rights).
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle
Investment Services Limited, London, UK, pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
No. 6 WpHG. These voting rights are directly held by Threadneedle
Investment Funds ICVC
