We received with letter the following notice in accordance with section 21,
para. 1 of the Wertpaphierhandelsgesetz from United Nations, New York, USA:

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 22
August 2007 the voting interest of the United Nations in GRENKELEASING AG
exceeded the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted to 3.002% (410,743
voting rights).

We received with letter the following notice in accordance with section 21,
para. 1 of the Wertpaphierhandelsgesetz from United Nations, New York, USA

We also hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that
on 23 November 2009 the voting interest of the United Nations in
GRENKELEASING AG fell below the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted
to 2.82% (386,218 voting rights).
