that date, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH held 3.02
% (5,544,046 voting rights) of the voting rights in GEA Group
Aktiengesellschaft.

0.91 % of these voting rights (which is 1,673,770 voting rights) were
