On May 02, 2012, Tamlino Import & Advisory LP, Limassol, Cyprus has
informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the voting rights on April 26, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 9.03% (this corresponds to 1,460,000 out of a total
of 16,160,000 voting rights).

According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.03% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1,460,000 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Tamlino Import & Advisory LP from 3R Investments Ltd.,
Limassol, Cyprus.

Further more Tamlino Investments Limited, Limassol, Cyprus has informed us
on May 2, 2012 according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the voting rights on April 26,
2012 and on that day amounted to 9.03% (this corresponds to 1,460,000 out
