On October 11, 2012, Mr. Luc Desender, Zedelgem, Belgium, has informed us
according to the applicable requirements of the Luxembourg Transparency Law
that on October 11, 2012, the voting rights held in European CleanTech I
SE, 40, Avenue Monterey - L-2163 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
have exceeded the 33⅓% threshold of the voting rights in European CleanTech
I SE and amount on that day to 39.73% (20,613,752 voting rights,
corresponding to 20,613,752 class A shares (ISIN LU0538936351)). Of these
voting rights, (i) 11.43% (5,929,399 voting rights, corresponding to
5,929,399 class A shares) are held by Mr. Luc Desender in co-ownership with
Mrs. Dominique Decoster, and (ii) 28.30% (14,684,353 voting rights,
corresponding to 14,684,353 class A shares) are attributable to Mr. Luc
Desender under the applicable provisions of the Luxembourg Transparency Law
through Winpar NV, in which Mr. Luc Desender and Mrs. Dominique Decoster
hold a 68.4% interest in co-ownership. Mr. Luc Desender is exercising the
co-owned rights arising out of the aforementioned shareholdings.

The percentages of voting rights stated in this notification are based on a
total number of 51,882,102 voting rights as of October 11, 2012 (after an
increase through a capital increase).
