European CleanTech I S.E., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,  informs
according to Article 26, Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG that its Voting
Rights in own shares have exceeded the 5% and 10% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 11, 2012 and on that day amounted to 10.27% (this
corresponds to 5,328,608 Voting Rights).

The percentages of voting rights stated in this notification are based on a
total number of 51,882,102 voting rights as of October 11, 2012 (after an
increase through a capital increase).
