1. Credit Suisse Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, on May 3rd, 2012 has
informed us pursuant to Section 1 Paragraph 1 WpHG, that its percentage
holding of the voting rights in E.ON AG Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN:
DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, exceeded the treshold of 3% on April 26th, 2012
and amounts to 3,614% (72315006 voting rights) on that day.

3,468% of the voting rights (69403964 voting rights) are attributable to
the company pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG. The
controlled companies of which 3% or more have been attributed are: Credit
Suisse AG, Credit Suisse Investments (UK), Credit Suisse Investment
Holdings (UK), Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.

Furthermore, 0,145% of the voting rights (2911042 voting rights) are
attributable to the company pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 WpHG in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

informed us pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 and 24 German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG), that the percentage holding of the voting rights of
Credit Suisse AG, Zurich, Switzerland, in E.ON AG Düsseldorf, Germany,
ISIN: DE000ENAG999, WKN: ENAG99, exceeded the threshold of 3% on April
26th, 2012 and amounts to 3,614% (72315006 voting rights) on that day.

3,468% of the voting rights (69403964 voting rights) are attributable to
the company pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG. The
controlled companies of which 3% or more have been attributed are: Credit
Suisse Investments (UK), Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK), Credit

of 3% on April 26th, 2012 and amounts to 3,448% (68997095 voting rights) on
that day.

threshold of 3% on April 26th, 2012 and amounts to 3,448% (68997095 voting
rights) on that day.

threshold of 3% on April 26th, 2012 and amounts to 3,448% (68997095 voting
rights) on that day.

holding of the voting rights in E.ON AG Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN:
