(WpHG), EASY SOFTWARE AG of Mülheim an der Ruhr (Germany) announces that
its stake in own shares on June 29, 2012 exceeded the threshold of 5 % of
voting rights, amounting to 5.031 % (equivalent to 271,812 voting rights)
on this date.
