1. In accordance with section 21, para. 1 WpHG, Lupus alpha
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH of Frankfurt / Germany notified us on June
25, 2012 that its share of voting rights in EASY SOFTWARE AG, headquartered
Am Hauptbahnhof 4, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr / Germany, exceeded the 3% and
5% thresholds on June 21, 2012, and at that date was 6.38 % (345,000 voting
rights). Of these, Lupus alpha Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH directly holds
1.48% (80,000 voting rights), according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG.
According to section 22, para. 2 WpHG, another voting rights share of 4.90%
(265,000 voting rights) is apportionable to Lupus alpha
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH from shares held by Lupus alpha Investment
S.A.

2. In accordance with section 21, para. 1 WpHG, Lupus alpha Investment S.A.
of Luxemburg notified us on June 25, 2012 that its share of voting rights
in EASY SOFTWARE AG, headquartered Am Hauptbahnhof 4, 45468 Mülheim an der
Ruhr / Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on June 21, 2012, and at that
date was 6.38 % (345,000 voting rights). Of these, Lupus alpha Investment
S.A. of Luxemburg directly holds a voting rights share of 4.90 % (265,000
voting rights), according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG. According to section
22, para. 2 WpHG, another voting rights share of 1.48% (80,000 voting
rights) is apportionable to Lupus alpha Investment S.A..
