On November 04, 2011, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 04, 2011 and on that day amounted to 4.9995% (this corresponds to
864,945 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
1 of the WpHG, the Voting Rights are to be attributed completely to the
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.

The Voting Rights, which are attributed to the Landesbank
Baden-Württemberg, are hold by following two companies, which are
controlled by the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and which have Voting Rights
on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft of more than 3%:

     Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Deutschland
     Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart, Deutschland



At the same time, we were informed according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG in conjunction with Article 24 of the WphG, that the Voting Rights
on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Deutschland, of the Süd
Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Deutschland via shares have been fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 04, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 4.9995% (this corresponds to 864,945 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, the
Voting Rights are to be attributed completely to Süd Beteiligungen GmbH.

The Voting Rights, which are attributed to the Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, are
hold by the following company, which is controlled by the Süd Beteiligungen
GmbH and with Voting Rights on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft of more than 3%:

     Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart, Germany



Furthermore, we were informed according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG, that the Voting Rights via shares on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft,
Bietigheim-Bissingen, Deutschland, of the
Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart, Deutschland have been
fallen below 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 04, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 4.9995% (this corresponds to 864,945 Voting Rights).
