Correction of yesterdays publication

On October 18, 2012, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 16, 2012
and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 1587613 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.90% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1010635 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
