DIC Beteiligungsgesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, informed us pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on July 30,
2012 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen
below the threshold of 10 % and on that day amounted to 7.19 % (equivalent
3,285,630 voting rights).
