Release of announcements according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) (share)

BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France, informed us pursuant
to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on January 24, 2012 its voting rights in
DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % and
on that day amounted to 2.93 % (equivalent 1,338,422 voting rights).
Thereof 2.41 % (equivalent 1,099,682 voting rights) are attributed to BNP
Paribas Investment Partners S.A. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence
1 No. 6 WpHG.
