On May 22, 2012, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A.
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 23, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds to 134606382 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.11% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
13460638 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
