fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% of the
voting rights in Deutsche Postbank AG, Bonn, Germany, and on that date held
0% (0 voting rights).

In addition to this, we notify you pursuant to Sections 21 (1), 24 of the
WpHG that also our subsidiary DB Equity S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
on April 16, 2012 fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%,
and 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Postbank AG, Bonn, Germany, and on
that date held 0% (0 voting rights).

Further, we notify you pursuant to Sections 21 (1), 24 of the WpHG that our
subsidiary Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, on April
16, 2012 exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% of
the voting rights in Deutsche Postbank AG, Bonn, Germany, and on that date
held 39.725% (86,917,432 voting rights).''
