On September 12, 2012, the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the
Ministry of Finance, Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, has notified us
according to Article 21 section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Str. 20, 53113 Bonn, Federal Republic
of Germany, ISIN: DE0005552004, have fallen below the 30% threshold of the
voting rights on September 11, 2012 and amounted to 25.50% (308,277,358
voting rights) on that day.

Of these voting rights, 25.50 % (308,277,358 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW, Frankfurt,
Germany, pursuant to Article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 and as well
no. 2 WpHG.

On September 11, 2012, KfW, Frankfurt, Germany has notified us according to
Article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Deutsche
Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Str. 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005552004, have fallen below the 30% threshold of the voting rights on
September 11, 2012 and amounted to 25.50% (308,277,358 voting rights) on
that day.
