voting rights via shares in Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,

The percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock, Inc., New York,
U.S.A, in Deutsche Bank AG fell below the threshold of 5% on August 25
2010, and amounted to 4.00% (24, 842, 598 voting rights) on that day. All
of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
