10, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
that its percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5% on May 4, 2012 and amounts to 5.32% (equals:
56,740,419 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights 5.32%
(equals: 56,740,419 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Holdco
2 pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.


2.) Notification of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A.

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has notified us
on May 10, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) that its percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% on May 4, 2012 and amounts to 5.32%
(equals: 56,740,419 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights
5.32% (equals: 56,740,419 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock
Financial Management pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.


3.) Notification of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A.

BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has notified
us on May 10, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) that its percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 4, 2012 and amounts to 3.30%
(equals: 35,216,588 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights
3.30% (equals: 35,216,588 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock
International Holdings pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.


4.) Notification of BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier,
Jersey, Channel Islands

BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel
Islands, has notified us on May 10, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its percentage of voting rights in
Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 4, 2012
and amounts to 3.30% (equals: 35,216,588 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights 3.30% (equals: 35,216,588 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BR Jersey International Holdings pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.


5.) Notification of BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K.

BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K.,  has notified us on May 10, 2012
pursuant to section 21 (1) German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its
percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on May 4, 2012 and amounts to 3.13% (equals: 33,352,115
voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights 3.13% (equals:
33,352,115 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited
pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.
