On March 5, 2012, Mr Klaus Wecken, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Westgrund AG, Remscheid, Deutschland, have exceeded the 30% threshold of
the Voting Rights on February 14, 2012 and on that day amounted to 30.05%
(this corresponds to 3429409 Voting Rights).
The correction refers to the date of exeeding the threshold.
