that via shares its Voting Rights on COMPUTEC MEDIA AG, Fürth, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 06, 2012 and on that day amounted to
0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
