informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights in Comarch Software und Beratung AG, Munich, Germany,
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of the Voting Rights on September
16, 2011 and amount to 2.68% (this corresponds to 166719 Voting Rights) as
per this date.

Mr.Janusz Filipiak, Switzerland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights in Comarch Software
und Beratung AG, Munich, Germany fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of
the Voting Rights on September 16, 2011 and amount to 2.68% (this
corresponds to 166719 Voting Rights) as per this date.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, these
2.68% of voting rights (this corresponds to 166719 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Mr. Janusz Filipiak.

Kancelaria Radcow Prawnych Oles & Rodzynkiewicz Spolka Komandytowa, Krakow,
Poland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights in Comarch Software und Beratung AG, Munich,
Germany, fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of the Voting Rights on
September 16, 2011 and amount to 2.68% (this corresponds to 166719 Voting
Rights) as per this date..

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, these
2.68% of voting rights (this corresponds to 166719 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Kancelaria Radcow Prawnych Oles & Rodzynkiewicz Spolka
Komandytowa.
