Lechler Beteiligungs-GmbH, Ludwigsburg, Germany, informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1, Securities Trading Act (WpHG), that its voting
rights in buch.de internetstores AG, Münster, Germany, ISIN: DE0005204606,
WKN: 520460 on June 22, 2010, exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights
and on that day amounted to 3.0773 % (corresponding to 320,475 voting
rights).

At the same time, Lechler Beteiligungs-GmbH informed us that the voting
rights of Inlovo GmbH, Ludwigsburg, Germany, in buch.de internetstores AG,
Münster, Germany, ISIN: DE0005204606, WKN: 520460 on June 22, 2010,
exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights and on that day amounted to
3.0773 % (corresponding to 320,475 voting rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, page 1, no. 1 of the Securities Trading Act (WpHG) these voting
rights are to be attributed to Inlovo GmbH via Lechler Beteiligungs-GmbH.
