On June 21, 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Schweden has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Brenntag AG, Mülheim an der Ruhr,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June
18, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.58% (this corresponds to 2356595
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.58% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2356595 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SEB AG.
