On July 12th, 2010, Bernd Geske, Germany, referring to his voting rights
notification as of today has given us notice pursuant to section 27a of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the Following:

· The investment is used to implement strategic objectives, first of all to
position as strategic investor;
· The reporting person does intend to obtain further voting rights by
acquisition or any other way within the next twelve months;
· The reporting person does not intend to influence the composition of the
issuers' management or supervisory board;
· The reporting person does not intend to change the capital structure of
