On May 04, 2012, Mr Paul E. Singer, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Augusta Technologie AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 02, 2012 and on that day amounted to
5.30% (this corresponds to 451000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.30% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 451000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Singer inter alia via Maidenhead LLC, USA, Elliott
International L.P., Cayman Islands, Hambledon Inc., Cayman Islands, Elliott
Capital Advisors, L.P., USA, Braxton Associates, Inc., USA and  Elliott
Asset Management LLC, USA, which are controlled by him.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 WpHG, 3.18% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 271000 Voting
Rights) is also to be attributed to Mr Singer, whereby 3.17% of Votings
Rights (this corresponds to 270000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr
Singer from Maidenhead LLC, USA.
