On May 04, 2012, Elliott International Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Augusta Technologie AG, München, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 02, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.18% (this corresponds to 271000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.18% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 271000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company inter alia via Maidenhead LLC, USA, which is
controlled by the company.
