that its voting rights in Asian Bamboo AG have fallen below the threshold
of 5% of the voting rights on 13 January 2012 and amounted to 4.98%
(768,593 voting rights) as of that date.

All 768,593 voting rights are attributed to Wellington Management Company,
LLP pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
